ForeignPolicy.com reports that a recently leaked document suggests China and Iran are entering a 25-year strategic partnership in trade, politics, culture and security.

According to FP: “Tehran’s new strategic partnership with Beijing will give the Chinese a strategic foothold and strengthen Iran’s economy and regional clout.”

The China-Iran strategic partnership proves that the Trump administration’s maximum pressure strategy has been a failure.
