UAE-Israel ‘Peace’ & Obama’s 2010 ‘PSD-11’ – Secret Directive to Support ISIS / Muslim Brotherhood for Regime Change.

Establishment and main stream Arab and western media have hailed the UAE Israel peace agreement as historic. They were right but for the wrong reasons – three of them to be exact.

‘MBZ’ Instinct to Survive

Survivability news investigative team report and analysis of the UAE-Israel Peace deal and its deputy ruler, ‘MBZ’, Sheikh Mohamad Bin Zayed’s decision to officially abdicate UAE sovereignty and security to Israel and its intelligence services is to secure his continuity on the UAE throne.

In return for signing the peace agreement, the US and Israel gave assurances not support any Emirati citizens’ incitement, uprising or calls for democratic rule or change of leadership. In a nutshell ‘not to be overthrown or replaced’.

The evidence below shows that his motive was to avoid the fate of being deposed or disposed of like many western supported Arab Presidents since 2011 and during the Arab spring such as Housni Mubarak of Egypt, Kaddafi of Libya, Bin Ali of Tunisia.

The same plan got clogged when the attempt to regime change Syria’s President Bashar Al-Assad in 2011 led to the nine year civil war that is still on going and the direct Russian military involvement. Russia’s September 2015 intervention came after an official request by the Syrian government for military help against rebel and jihadist groups.

Yes, the UAE Israel peace deal can be called historic because never before has a peace deal been agreed, legitimized, and survived without the direct stakeholders involvement and acceptance, in this case The Palestinian People. In fact, all competing Palestinian factions such as the Palestinian Authority and bitter rivals Hamas, have declared it as “treason”.

Obama’s 2010 ‘PSD 11’ & Regime Change

Most relevant of all is that this ‘peace deal’ is one of the fruits of Obama’s PSD 11 secret directive in 2010 tasking Secretary of State Hilary Clinton to plan regime change in the Arab world. This was executed through US support of the Muslim Brotherhood, ISIS, Al-Nusra front and many others.

The plan was primarily funded by Arab Gulf money led by Qatar and Saudi Arabia. See Survivability News media reports on ‘PSD 11’ below in 2013, 2017, and 2018.

It was well executed to ignite and fund the Arab Spring that led to the rise of Wahhabism, launch of ISIS from a boy-scout group to a regional military force able to occupy a third of Iraq including its second city Mosul almost overnight.

Moreover, it succeeded in creating a new label for Islam as an “evil religion” that got well intrenched in many narratives in the west and around the world. In fact many governments started developing and implementing new strategies and international cooperation to mitigate this new threat under the “Global War on Terror” banner.

The Washington Examiner report on October 3rd, 2016 said:

“The once-fledgling Islamic State would never evolve from its “junior varsity” status to the Islamic terrorist hegemon that it is today without the wisdom, guidance, and support of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, a highly secretive classified document reveals.”

Middle East Eye report on October 31, 2017 said:

“In a wide-ranging interview with Qatari television, Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber al-Thani – known colloquially as “HBJ” – said that his government would have ended support to groups like al-Nusra Front (later rebranded Jabhat Fateh al-Sham) after a period of time when it became unacceptable.
Maybe Nusra there was a relationship? Maybe there was. I swear myself, I don’t know about this issue,” he told the interviewer. “But even if this were the case, when the decision came that Nusra was not acceptable, the support to Nusra came to an end and the focus was on liberating Syria.”

In fact, in the same article, the former prime minister of Qatar admitted there were “maybe” links between his government and al-Qaeda affiliates in Syria.

Global Research report on December 6, 2018 said:

“In August, 2010, six months before Tunisia’s Jasmine Revolution was launched by the Washington NGOs including the NED, the Soros Foundations, Freedom House and others, President Obama signed Presidential Study Directive-11 (PDS-11), ordering Washington government agencies to prepare for “change.”  The change was to be a radical policy calling for Washington’s backing for the secret fundamentalist Islamic Muslim Brotherhood sect across the Middle East Muslim world, and with it, the unleashing of a reign of terror that would change the entire world.”

Adara Press report on July 29, 2014 said:

“Documents acquired through the Freedom of Information Act, show the effort to destabilize the Arab world was a high level, bipartisan policy initiative in Washington long in the making, as revealed in the Presidential Study Directive 11 (PSD-11).

Both the Bush and Obama administrations quietly backed Islamic extremists, particularly the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikwan) in their campaign to remove stable, secular Arab governments, even as it was made to look like a grassroots, popular uprising against authoritarian regimes.

Documents acquired through the Freedom of Information Act, show the effort to destabilize the Arab world was a high level, bipartisan policy initiative in Washington long in the making, as revealed…”.
