UK Government & NATO Publicly Heed Khaled Fattal’s Dire Warning of Escalated Russian Cyber Warfare and Attacks on US & West. | “Russia ready to wage cyber war on UK, minister to say,” BBC.

On November 21, 2024, and in his most recent Survivability Podcasts™ episode, chairman Khaled Fattal warned that “US & West Face Escalated & Unprecedented Targeted Geo-Poli-Cyber™ Attacks Imminently”.

In his Podcast, Fattal added to his dire warning to American and western governments, business leaders as well as their citizens and stakeholders that the mitigation strategies, solutions, and regulatory frameworks currently in place will fail to effectively defend them. He further added that they will also seriously struggle to mitigate these imminent escalated and unprecedented targeted Geo-Poli-Cyber™ warfare and attacks.

Fattal’s certainty of his warnings and predictions that Russia, its allies and friends will choose to imminently escalate Geo-Poli-Cyber warfare and attacks on the US and west was publicly validated two days after he issued his chilling warning.

Fattal attributed the certainty to his dire prediction to President Biden authorizing Ukraine on November 18 the use of US made long range missiles to hit deep inside Russia and which Ukraine did a day later.

Only two days after Fattal issued his warning and prediction, the UK government publicly announced that Russia’s is ready to launch cyber war on UK and its allies thru a statement by Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster Pat McFadden, whose role include responsibility for national security.

Fattal believed and rationalized that Russia’s response will be to imminently escalate its cyber warfare on the West, and to hit back where it really hurts but without triggering NATO’s article 5 and an all-out Russia-NATO war, and possibly Nuclear Armageddon.

The BBC reported on McFadden’s statement on its website with the title “Russia ready to wage cyber war on UK, minister to say”.

In its report the BBC said that McFadden was set to tell a NATO meeting later that same day that the Kremlin could target British businesses and leave millions without power and that this was the latest in a series of warnings about the cyber-warfare capabilities of Russia, which McFadden was set to call a “hidden war”.

 “Military hard power is one thing. But cyber war can be destabilizing and debilitating. With a cyber attack, Russia can turn the lights off for millions of people. It can shut down the power grids. This is the hidden war Russia is waging with Ukraine,”

Mcfadden was set to tell his NATO colleagues.

The BBC report also said that “Russia is ready to carry out cyber attacks on the United Kingdom and other allies in a bid to weaken support for Ukraine, a senior minister will warn later.”

Many of chairman Fattal’s chilling predictions over the last decade or two about cyber, geopolitics and Geo-Poli-Cyber™ warfare and attacks have come glaringly true and were recognized by governments and organizations privately.

Most, if not the majority of top decision makers and readers may not have wondered or considered why the UK government and NATO would make their acknowledgement and vindication of such imminent and escalated cyber warfare threat PUBLIC, not private?   

So, why is this time different?

• Why did the UK government decide to go public about this imminent threat?
• Why did it want its warning to NATO and its members to also be PUBLIC not PRIVATE?
